Our repair person has found that 9 out of 10 leaks are because of the crown not being screwed down tightly. Please be aware that we cannot cover water damage due to user error.

We would First like you to Email us your Problems as many issues can be fixed or adjusted by yourself.


We will repair your product within the warranty period provided that:
The item has a manufacturer defect. 
The item does not function according to the specifications on the web site. 
The customer assumes all shipping expenses. 
The replacement is the same model as the original purchase. 
The item(s) matches the item(s) on our invoice records.

Warranty does not cover the following occurances:

• Mishandled merchandise by Customer - Watches that have been taken to a local repair shop and repair attempted. (Exception is opening to verify Real Swiss Movement)
•Cracked glass or crystal
• Battery failure
• Unreasonable wear and tear of any kind - Lost screws in the band (Be sure to tighten all screws when you adjust your watch)
• Damage Caused by Water

Our high quality are designed to withstand accidental splashes of water, but are not intended to be used in the shower, pool, steam rooms, or during any type of water sports. Water damage, damage of the stem (crown), clasps, as well as lost and stolen items are not covered under our defects warranty.

No returns will be accepted without: a prior e-mail stating the specific problem.

All watches are sold at its maximized size and must be fitted (removal of links) at your convenience. (If a stainless steel band). Leather bands can be easily adjusted based on the size of the Customers wrist.

Detailed Description of the Problem


In the past we replaced watches within the Warranty Period immediatly . We would EXPRESS a NEW watch to our customers with a promise that our customers would return the broken watch to us.   WE CAN NO LONGER DO THIS because about 1/2  the watches were never returned to us and or several watches were returned not working because of damage done to the watch by the customer

To recevie REPAIR or REPLACEMENT, we now must ask that you return your watch to us first. Thank you for your understanding
